"It's not about golf, it's about the kids."
It's been an exciting year here at Camp since our last golf
outing. Spring is in the air and summer camp is just around
the corner. It's the time of year when people from all over
the tri-state area migrate back to a place of fond memories
and personal commitment: YMCA Camp Eberhart. Last year our
extended Camp family grew by over 10% and this year will be
no exception. We have some new professional business leaders
and personal contacts registered so you won't want to miss
this opportunity to interact with this growing network of
exciting people that support your camp.
At this years' golf outing, you can expect some fantastic
things from our sponsors, such as: front and back 50 /50
drawings, a ten thousand dollar cash prize hole in one, a
new set of clubs as well as a wide array of awards, prizes
and give-aways.
Now that you know what to look forward to, let me explain
how your participation helps. Registration fees for 18
holes, electric cart and dinner is valued at $125. For every
four players registered generating $500, camp, along with
the Alumni Association, will be able to provide financial
assistance for 2 to 4 children.
Our goal this year is to raise over $10,000 for
camperships. Achieving this objective will allow us to
create a lifetime of memories and relationships for over 65
children throughout the remaining 2008 summer camping
season, the fall outdoor education session, and again in the
2009 outdoor education season with group dynamics and team
building.

location on your calendar, June 6, 2008 at Sauganash Golf
Club in Three Rivers, MI. Tee time is 1:30PM ET.
Camp Eberhart, its Alumni Association, and the many children
