Catherine E. Rubey (Spelman) graduated Indiana University with a degree in Radio/TV/Film from the School of Telecommunications in 1992. Upon graduation, she focused on the advertising and marketing aspect of her training, designing and implementing several national product marketing campaigns and promotional materials, and writing advertising copy for radio and television commercials. She also spent several years working as a paralegal in a high volume law firm where she honed her multi-tasking and conflict resolution skills.Today, she is the owner of two companies in very different areas of business: InGe, Incorporated and Irish Peanut Productions. InGe, Incorporated, a software design consulting company was founded in 2001. Catherine has led the company from a single contractor on site at a client company to more than 15 to date and over $1.5 million in billing per year.Catherine’s combined business and creative experience and expertise have also converged in the development of a feature film, Baggage, and a production company, Irish Peanut Productions. Please visit www.baggagethefilm.com. She has assembled a stellar team of experts for Baggage, written not only the script and business plan, but also designs and maintains the website. She leads the fundraising campaign which has garnered a six figure equity investment in the production company. Her ability to inspire and motivate both Michigan Avenue financial institutions as well as the individual investor speaks to her love and enthusiasm for both the entrepreneurial spirit and her business ventures. She lives in the western suburbs of Chicago, Illinois, with her husband of 11 years, twin girls (6) and stepson (16). She continues to enjoy both tennis and horses, as she has since her days at Eberhart!

Elizabeth "Buffy" Edwards Ward: I am registering my oldest son for his second year at EB. Last year he went for 1 week with his cousin and wants to return for 4 weeks this year, we compromised on two as he is only going to be 10 years old. It is so great to see some great names from the past. I would love to hear from some, and plan on writing to others. I am now living in Virignia and would love to know if there is anyone near.

Brian Dillan attended camp Eberhart about the year of 1968. He would like to catch up with fellow bunkmates from that year. Please contact him with any info.

Ehren Reed i once was "lost" but now i'm "found", as they say... and in san francisco, no less! feeling a bit nostalgic, i checked in on the eberhart website and was thrilled to see all the familiar names on the alumni list-- just seeing this list started memories flowing. i've come to understand that my time at eberhart-- 9 wonderful summers-- was enormously influential in making me who i am and that my memories of so many wonderful people really are still with me, so many years later.
i've been in san francisco for about seven years and am currently about one year away from earning a fine arts degree in painting & drawing. life on the west coast is wonderful-- if you find yourself out here for any reason, look me up! though i'm not the most technically savvy gal, i intend to try and reach out to some of you folks via email-- i'd love to catch up. much love! ehren

Chad Duncan (at camp 1984-1986)
I'm looking for a friend I met at camp around 84-86'ish before moving back to Virginia from Michigan. Her name is Rachel Michaelson. I lost track of her around 1990. If you know of her, please email me.

Karen (Bentz) Howatt
I noticed my name on list after checking the website for my oldest son's picture from his first week ever at camp. What a joy to bring your children back to camp (he had "the best time ever in his life"!
I have been married for 10 years, have 4 children Billy (8), Carson (6), Cooper (4), and Ella (2). I am an RN at the University of Michigan Hospital working in critical care (one day a week...I think of it as a day off compared to home).
Can't wait until next year when I'll send 2 campers for "the best time ever!"

Beth Tomczak has been found! She's living in Three Rivers.

Crystal Yoakam Hi, I was visiting your web page and noticed I am on the ‘LOST’ list. I have recently moved back home to Bloomington Indiana and loving it! Thanks for all of the great information you pass on!!!!!

My name is Cherese (Davis) Hallums, and I was a CIT in 1990 and a senior counselor in 94 and 96. I had been attending Camp Eberhart since I was 7 years old.  Last Fall, I went on the Camp Eberhart site and looked on the Alumni Directory.  I was particularly looking for my all time favorite camper Siobhan Hogan.  I couldn't find her name, but I saw Stacie Colston's name and so I emailed her.  She let me know that Siobhan was a college student in Nashville, Tennessee at Vanderbilt University. Well, I reside in Nashville, and I also work at Vanderbilt University as a Purchasing Agent.  What a small world!!! I was so excited.  So I looked up Siobhan's email address on the Vandy website, and there was her name.  I emailed her and she emailed me back in total shock!  She could not believe that it was me and that we were at the same University!
It being Siobhan's senior year in college and being in a Sorority, she was busy.  She promised that she would come and visit me in my department or meet for a beer.  Well time went by and I hadn't heard from Siobhan until last week. She graduated from Vanderbilt University last month. She received a $15,000 fellowship from Vanderbilt to go to Africa and some other countries. She will be spending a whole year in other countries setting up organizations.  She came to see me yesterday after 11 years.  She looks exactly the same.  She is just adorable. Siobhan was a little thing in 94, and she still is.  I am so proud of her accomplishments.  We shared old stories and I gave her two pictures of her and me from 94 at Camp Eberhart.  She and I just laughed about the fun we had at Camp Eberhart.  She has a brother named Kevin who also attended Camp Eberhart with her.  She told me that he is currently living in Florida with his girlfriend, and is going to college somewhere in Chicago.  Her parents are doing well also.  I just wanted to share that story. A lot of us counselors knew Siobhan and Kevin Hogan very well.  Thank you Camp Eberhart for that awesome Alumni Directory!
